Can ‘Change.org’ change you?
One of my favorite new website has just launched, change.org, i have become a regular visit to this website since it’s launched in early February after the team was working hardly on their idea of change.org, because I am really inspired of the idea of this website, cool guys! It is a place where people can be together for changing something. It’s cool place for NGOs to make an action, getting supporters, and also raising fund. But what i really like is that, one change set by a person, could also be one change from thousand… that’s really power.
Today as citizens of the world, we face a daunting array of social and environmental problems ranging from health care and civil rights to global warming and economic inequality. For each of these issues, whether local or global in scope, there are millions of people who care passionately about working toward a solution but have no way of connecting with each other to advance a common goal.
Change.org aims to transform social activism by serving as the central platform that connects likeminded people, whatever their interests, and enables them to exchange information, share ideas, and collectively act to address the issues they care about.
Here’s their team, people who implemented this idea. And see their blog, they’re making it into a global plateform.
Let’s tell the world what do you want to change in Cambodia.
