Actually, I was talking too much with them about it, if it was a regular fine like we're doing wrong with the traffic.. but he said there's no regular fine of this, he was told to ban all people who use the military equipments...I didnt know this. and I didnt know that my cap was a military, he said so, but i thought not. If i knew it was, i wouldn't buy. This is not a good lesson to learn from me, I was just not want to wast the time.. because i need to work. By the way, it is the type of corruption in government institutions. Even taxi did not break law, they take money from almost taxi drivers. that is bad behavior in Cambodian society. If we look at the top officials, how they are corrupt?. the poor is getting worse. In fact, no one want to pay to police without reason, if we don't do that we will wast a lot of time with them. Oh the poor Khmer, how we live in such corrupt society. When will corruption law be passed? maybe it will not be done forever.
